Products usually ship between 1-3 days of the order. 

All orders we be charged a flat rate $3 shipping at check out. 

All of our products are delicate and we take extra care to make sure they are in perfect condition by the time they get to you. If there is a concern with your product, please reach out to us. 

If your item comes damaged, please let us know. We will organize a way to have you ship the item back to us to be fixed and returned. No refunds will be offered. Fixes/ exchanges in this manner will only be accepted for 14 days after the shipment date. 

Like all jewelry, it is critical you take care of your pieces to ensure longevity. There are several ways you can do so: 

1. Avoid getting your items wet. This includes bathing, washing hands, swimming, etc. 

2. Store your pieces in a safe place, such as a jewelry box.

3. Avoid sleeping with your pieces on. 

4. Avoid being in dirty areas, such as cleaning or gardening with your pieces. 

5. Clean them every few months.
